At Bishnu Khadka’s English Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality instruction for IELTS, Duolingo, PTE, and General English. We understand that plans can change, and our refund policy is outlined below:

1. Eligibility for Refund

• Full Refund: Students are eligible for a 100% refund (minus any transaction fees) if a cancellation request is submitted at least 48 hours before the first scheduled class.
• Partial Refund: If a student decides to withdraw after the first class but before the second, a 50% refund of the remaining tuition fee may be granted.
• No Refund: No refunds will be issued after the second class has been attended or accessed online.

2. Course Materials & Digital Goods

• Fees paid for digital study materials, practice tests, or recorded sessions are non-refundable once the access link or file has been sent to the student.

3. Cancellation by the Academy

• In the unlikely event that a course is canceled or rescheduled by the instructor due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their enrollment to a future batch.

4. Administrative Fees

• All refunds are subject to a small administrative or bank transaction fee, depending on the payment method used (e.g., eSewa, Khalti, or bank transfer).

5. Refund Process

• To request a refund, please email your receipt and reason for withdrawal to bishnu.k71@gmail.com.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

6. One-on-One Coaching & Essay Correction Services

• One-on-One Coaching: Due to the personalized nature and time commitment required, fees for private coaching sessions are non-refundable once the session has been scheduled and confirmed.
• Essay Correction Services: Fees for essay analysis and correction—including specialized feedback on local or world history essays—are non-refundable once the evaluation or feedback has been delivered to the student.
